HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 32, which had been                                                                              
held on the Secretary's desk (page 3057). Without objection, the

relating to special registration plates for vehicles owned by veterans                                                          
with disabilities, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
